PerMedCoE partners at Institut Curie and the University of Heidelberg developed a workflow that facilitates the prediction of personalised targeted drug combinations for cancer treatment, using CARNIVAL (Trairathphisan et al. 2021), PROFILE (Béal et al. 2019) and MaBoSS (Stoll et al. 2012, 2017) software. As a proof of concept, the workflow has successfully been run on the BSC MareNostrum 4 supercomputer.
Our agenda of webinars and summer courses cover workflows management, intercellular interactions, and cell-level simulations.
PerMedCoE is attending the 21st European Conference on Computational Biology held in Sitges, Catalonia. This is where you can find our work: Posters 18th September - 13h to 14.30h Performance of multi-scale cell population simulators in different High-Performance...
Researchers from European and North American universities will gather at the headquarters of the Barcelona Supercomputing Centre to compare tools simulating agent-based models used in biomedical projects.
