Training events

The training plan for PerMedCoE consists of a variety of face-to-face and/or virtual, on-demand tutorials or hackathons. The main topics of the training programme will include cell modelling, tutorials on the core PerMedCoE tools (COBREXA, MaBoSS, PhysiCell, CellNOpt), introduction to HPC, ELSI (ethical, legal and social implications), FAIR (findable, accessible, interoperable, reproducible) data principles, containers and workflows, programming.
