PerMedCoe participated, together with Bioexcel and CompBioMed, in the HiPEAC CSW Spring 2021 webinar ‘Industrial Challenges and Innovation Opportunities of CoEs in Medical/Bio/Pharma sectors‘, which was held on Tuesday 4 May 2021, 16.00-17.30 CEST. Alfonso Valencia (BSC) and Elena González (ATOS) introduced the scientific and industrial aspects of the PerMedCoE project respectively.

The aim of the session was to stimulate discussion about the industrial challenges in the sector and how the HPC Centres of Excellence devoted to Life Sciences can help tackle them, as well as fostering collaboration opportunities.
